my whole shorts and top was all filled with sweat thoroughly yesterday after BJJ training. it is a whole new different game when it comes to the ground. we did take downs, armbars, rear naked choke, escapes and lastly sparring. some of the techniques werent new to me as i learned quite afew from the instructional videos that i got. having to smoothen my techniques and make it swift takes abit of time to clearly familarise. but everything was great and i have ordered my gi and mma short from the GRACIES!
anyway, my knee got worse after yesterday's training. it already hurt for the past 2 weeks and i just keep going on conditioning and training till my knee really hurts when i walk today. i had no choice but to rest for the day and keep watching techniques of escaping. tomorrow will be a brand new day!
