yeah.. stayed at Penang and went to Langkawi for a day... had fun over there but too bad we didn't went to the club just behind our hotel.. there just so many girls over there and we only walk and see... can you believe it? see only.. and got head heavy in the room with our liqour... pics pics pics!

oks.. been busy working and training... what about the final match i went the other day? there are some nice fights like Zach vs Zidov and definitely the main event which is yod vs jwp.. both put on a great fight but still the thais own this sport... haaa..

anyway am going to batam next week to chill out with friends... and also hong kong during end of may.. got my enlistment letter today and am going in real soon... lol.. bad thing is i cant train MTand my upcoming BJJ full time when i'm in there... no worries then.. time for weights!

alright.. 12th april which is officially today... will be the final match of the contender asia.. there are so many good fighters you can see from there... but mainly the thais fighting will be one of the nicest.. will be going to watch those matches... more updates to come in a while..

alright..went to mma academy to check things on friday... will be training on monday onwards.. went to meet lun at town with jj... to post celebrate his birthday.. haaa... went to this italian restaurant which i went before once.. the foods there are great... went to catch a movie "UNTRACEABLE" at cathay.. not bad though cos the movie is about networking and killing... able to understand the theoritical part cos is what i studied so it's kindda cool.. but bad part of the day was jj losing his phone... that sucks..
